🌊 Boat Dip (Rotel Ranch Dip) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can Rotel (original or mild), drained

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

  • 1 container (16 oz) sour cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Optional: taco seasoning (½–1 tbsp), lime juice, or chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream and ranch seasoning until smooth.

  2. Add the drained Rotel and stir.

  3. Add the cheddar cheese and mix until everything is combined.
