🌾 Flourless Oat & Chia Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats (or quick oats)

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup warm water

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (or plant yogurt for dairy-free)

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (optional but recommended)

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp salt

(If you want fully vegan, you can replace eggs with 2 extra tbsp chia seeds + 6 tbsp water.)
