🌾 Flourless Oat & Chia Bread
Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats (or quick oats)

3 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup warm water

1 cup plain yogurt (or plant yogurt for dairy-free)

2 eggs

2 tbsp olive oil (optional but recommended)

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 tsp baking soda
-
½ tsp salt
(If you want fully vegan, you can replace eggs with 2 extra tbsp chia seeds + 6 tbsp water.)
