Instructions

Cook pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain. -
Season & cook shrimp
Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside. -
Make the sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Stir in cream, broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened. -
Combine
Add Parmesan and stir until smooth.
Toss in pasta and a splash of pasta water if needed. -
Finish
Return shrimp to the pan and cook 1–2 minutes.
Finish with lemon juice if using.
