Instructions

  1. Brown the beef
    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

  2. Add veggies
    Stir in onion and bell pepper. Cook 3–4 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

  3. Build the sauce
    Add beef broth, milk, pasta, ketchup, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

  4. Simmer
    Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.

  5. Cheese it up
    Lower heat and stir in cheese until melted and creamy.

  6. Rest & serve
    Let sit 2–3 minutes to thicken before serving.

  • Sautéed mushrooms 🧅🍄

  • A pinch of garlic powder or paprika

  • Toasted breadcrumbs on top
