Brown the beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. -
Add veggies
Stir in onion and bell pepper. Cook 3–4 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. -
Build the sauce
Add beef broth, milk, pasta, ketchup, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Stir well. -
Simmer
Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. -
Cheese it up
Lower heat and stir in cheese until melted and creamy. -
Rest & serve
Let sit 2–3 minutes to thicken before serving.
