🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, whisk:

baking powder

salt
2️⃣ Mix wet ingredients
In another bowl, whisk:

milk
-
egg
-
melted butter
-
vanilla
3️⃣ Combine gently
Pour wet into dry.
Stir just until combined — batter should be slightly lumpy.
Overmixing makes pancakes flat.
4️⃣ Rest the batter
Let it sit for 5 minutes.
This activates the baking powder → super fluffy pancakes!
5️⃣ Cook the pancakes

Heat a nonstick pan on medium-low.

Lightly grease.

Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake.

When bubbles appear on top and edges look set, flip.
