🥩 Crockpot Steak Bites
Hands-off, flavorful, and ultra-tender
Ingredients

2–3 lbs sirloin steak, chuck steak, or stew meat (cut into 1–2 inch cubes)

1–2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

4 tbsp butter (half a stick)

4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp paprika
-
½–1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

½ tsp black pepper
-
Optional: ½ cup beef broth for more sauce

Optional: chopped parsley for serving
Instructions
1. Sear the Steak (Optional but Highly Recommended)

Heat a skillet with olive oil.

Sear steak cubes for 1–2 minutes per side just until browned (don’t cook through).

Add them to the crockpot.
(This step boosts flavor, but you can skip to keep it fast.)
2. Build the Flavor
Add to the crockpot:

Butter

Minced garlic
-
Worcestershire sauce

Onion powder
-
Garlic powder
-
Paprika
-
Salt & pepper
-
(Optional) Beef broth for a saucier finish
