🥩 Crockpot Steak Bites

Hands-off, flavorful, and ultra-tender

Ingredients

  • 2–3 lbs sirloin steak, chuck steak, or stew meat (cut into 1–2 inch cubes)

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

  • 4 tbsp butter (half a stick)

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½–1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Optional: ½ cup beef broth for more sauce

  • Optional: chopped parsley for serving


Instructions

1. Sear the Steak (Optional but Highly Recommended)

  • Heat a skillet with olive oil.

  • Sear steak cubes for 1–2 minutes per side just until browned (don’t cook through).

  • Add them to the crockpot.
    (This step boosts flavor, but you can skip to keep it fast.)

2. Build the Flavor

Add to the crockpot:

  • Butter

  • Minced garlic

  • Worcestershire sauce

  • Onion powder

  • Garlic powder

  • Paprika

  • Salt & pepper

  • (Optional) Beef broth for a saucier finish
