🧁 Classic Vanilla Cupcakes
Makes: about 12 cupcakes
Ingredients

1½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt
-
½ cup butter (softened)

¾ cup sugar
-
2 large eggs
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
½ cup milk
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake pan with liners.

Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt.

Cream butter & sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.

Combine: Add dry ingredients and milk alternately, mixing gently.

Fill liners about ⅔ full.

Bake for 18–20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool completely before frosting.
