🫓 Homemade Flatbread (No Oven Needed!)

  • Rest
    Cover and let rest 20–30 minutes (this makes them softer and easier to roll).

  • Divide & roll
    Divide into 6–8 balls. Roll each into a thin circle.

  • Cook
    Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat.
    Cook each flatbread 1–2 minutes per side until bubbles form and light brown spots appear.

  • Keep warm
    Stack cooked flatbreads in a towel. Brush lightly with butter if desired.


  • Flavor Variations

    • Garlic butter brushed on top 🧄

    • Add herbs or spices to the dough

    • Use whole wheat flour (½ and ½ with white flour works great)

    Perfect with hummus, wraps, curries, or as a pizza base 🍕
