🫔 Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles

  • 1–2 cups shredded cheese (Monterey Jack or cheddar)

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 10–12 corn tortillas, cut into halves or thirds

  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • ½ tsp onion powder (optional)

  • Salt + pepper to taste


🍽️ Instructions

1. Preheat

  • Oven to 350°F (175°C).


2. Make the creamy sauce

In a bowl, mix together:

  • sour cream

  • cream of chicken soup

  • green chiles

  • chicken broth

  • garlic powder + onion powder

  • salt + pepper
