Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup Buffalo wing sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

½ cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp melted butter (optional, but adds richness)

Green onions or extra cheese for topping (optional)
Instructions (Oven Method)

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch/blue cheese, and butter until smooth.

Stir in chicken and half of the cheeses.

Spread mixture into a baking dish.

Top with remaining cheese.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.

Garnish with green onions if desired.
