Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup Buffalo wing sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

  • ½ cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tbsp melted butter (optional, but adds richness)

  • Green onions or extra cheese for topping (optional)


Instructions (Oven Method)

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch/blue cheese, and butter until smooth.

  3. Stir in chicken and half of the cheeses.

  4. Spread mixture into a baking dish.

  5. Top with remaining cheese.

  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.

  7. Garnish with green onions if desired.
