Cheesy Cajun Alfredo Chicken

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken
    Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  2. Cook the chicken
    Heat oil/butter in a pan over medium heat.
    Cook chicken 4–6 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
    Remove and set aside.

  3. Make the sauce
    In the same pan, add garlic and sauté ~30 seconds.
    Pour in cream and milk, stir, and simmer gently (don’t boil).

  4. Add the cheese
    Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and cream cheese (if using).
    Mix until smooth and creamy.

  5. Combine
    Add chicken back to the pan and coat it in the sauce.
    Simmer 2–3 minutes to let flavors combine.

  6. Serve
    Serve over pasta, rice, or with garlic bread.
    Garnish with parsley or extra cheese if you like.

Tips

  • Too spicy? Add more cream or cheese.

  • Want veggies? Add broccoli or bell peppers.

  • Extra Cajun kick: sprinkle more seasoning on top before serving.
