Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

  1. Cook the chicken:

    • Heat olive oil or butter in a pan.

    • Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    • Add chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    • Cook until golden and fully cooked (about 6–8 minutes).

    • Set aside.

  2. Make the cheesy garlic sauce:

    • In a saucepan, melt butter.

    • Stir in flour to form a roux and cook for 1 minute.

    • Gradually whisk in warm milk until smooth and thickened.

    • Add mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and salt.

    • Stir until the cheese melts into a creamy sauce.

  3. Combine:

    • Add the cooked chicken into the cheesy garlic sauce and mix well to coat evenly.

  4. Assemble the wraps:

    • Lay a tortilla flat.

    • Spoon some of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture into the center.

    • Add extra cheese and any veggies or extras you like.

    • Roll up the wrap tightly.

  5. Toast (optional but recommended):

    • Grill or pan-toast each wrap for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
