Cheesy Ham and Egg Muffin Cups


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin well.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until smooth.

  3. Stir in ham, cheese, veggies (if using), salt, and pepper.

  4. Evenly pour the mixture into the muffin cups (about ¾ full).

  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until set in the center.

  6. Cool for 5 minutes, then gently remove from the tin.

  • Add spinach, mushrooms, or green onions for extra flavor.

  • Swap ham for bacon, sausage, or keep it veggie.
