Prep the chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Lightly coat with cornstarch. -
Cook the chicken
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. -
Make the sauce
In the same pan, add honey, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and garlic.
Stir and simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thick. -
Combine
Add chicken back to the pan and toss until fully coated and sticky. -
Serve
Serve over rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if you like.

Want it crispier? Air-fry or oven-bake the chicken first
