Easy Ice Cream Recipe

  1. Whip the cream

    • In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with a mixer until it forms stiff peaks (like whipped cream).

  2. Add the condensed milk & vanilla

    • Gently fold the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream until smooth.

    • Don’t overmix — keep it airy.

  3. Add mix-ins (optional)

    • Gently fold in your favorite extras (cookies, chocolate, fruit, etc.).

  4. Freeze

    • Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container.

    • Cover with plastic wrap or a lid.

    • Freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight for best texture.

  5. Serve & enjoy

    • Scoop and serve just like regular ice cream!


🍓 Flavor Variations

  • Chocolate: Add ½ cup cocoa powder or 1 cup melted chocolate.

  • Strawberry: Blend 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries into the condensed milk before folding in.
