  • 12 oz medium pasta shells

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade)

  • 1 cup salsa or Rotel (drained slightly)

  • ½ cup tomato sauce

  • ½ cup corn (optional)

  • ½ cup black beans (optional)

  • 1½ cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional toppings: cilantro, green onions, jalapeños
