Large 12-inch flour tortillas

Tostada shells (or tortilla chips if you can’t find them)

1 lb ground beef (or chicken/turkey, or beans for a vegetarian version)

1 packet taco seasoning
-
1 cup nacho cheese (or shredded cheddar)

Shredded lettuce
-
Diced tomatoes
-
Sour cream
-
Optional: extra small tortillas (to help close the wrap if your fillings are big)
🔥 Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Cook the seasoned beef

Add ground beef to a pan over medium heat.

Break it up and cook until brown.

Drain extra fat safely.

Add taco seasoning + a little water (follow the packet) and simmer a few minutes.
2. Warm the flour tortillas
This makes them easier to fold and keeps them from tearing.

Microwave for 10–15 seconds, or

Warm them briefly in a clean pan.
3. Build your crunchwrap
Place a large tortilla on a clean surface.
In the center, layer in this order:

Spoon of nacho cheese

Tostada shell (or a handful of tortilla chips)

Tomatoes

Shredded cheese (optional)
If the tortilla won’t close:
Cut a small circle from another tortilla and place it on top of the fillings like a “lid.”
