🌮 Homemade Crunchwrap Supreme

Ingredients (makes 3–4 crunchwraps)

  • Large 12-inch flour tortillas

  • Tostada shells (or tortilla chips if you can’t find them)

  • 1 lb ground beef (or chicken/turkey, or beans for a vegetarian version)

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 1 cup nacho cheese (or shredded cheddar)

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Diced tomatoes

  • Sour cream

  • Optional: extra small tortillas (to help close the wrap if your fillings are big)


🔥 Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Cook the seasoned beef

  1. Add ground beef to a pan over medium heat.

  2. Break it up and cook until brown.

  3. Drain extra fat safely.

  4. Add taco seasoning + a little water (follow the packet) and simmer a few minutes.


2. Warm the flour tortillas

This makes them easier to fold and keeps them from tearing.

  • Microwave for 10–15 seconds, or

  • Warm them briefly in a clean pan.


3. Build your crunchwrap

Place a large tortilla on a clean surface.

In the center, layer in this order:

  1. Spoon of nacho cheese

  2. Seasoned beef

  3. Tostada shell (or a handful of tortilla chips)

  4. Sour cream

  5. Lettuce

  6. Tomatoes

  7. Shredded cheese (optional)

If the tortilla won’t close:
Cut a small circle from another tortilla and place it on top of the fillings like a “lid.”
