Homemade Italian Dressing

  2. Add olive oil, vinegar, water, mustard, and Parmesan (if using).

  3. Shake or whisk vigorously until fully emulsified.

  4. Taste and adjust:

    • More vinegar for tang

    • More oil for richness

    • Extra sugar if you like it sweeter

    • More salt/pepper to preference

  5. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors bloom.


🧀 Optional Add-ins

  • Minced fresh garlic

  • A teaspoon of Italian seasoning (can replace individual herbs)

  • A pinch of celery salt

  • Extra lemon zest
