Homemade soup seasoning (natural, chemical-free)

Preparation:

Wash all vegetables thoroughly, peel them, and cut them into smaller pieces.
Pick them in a food grinder or blender until finely chopped.
Add salt and mix thoroughly.
Transfer the mixture to clean, dry jars and seal tightly.
Store in a cool, dark place (e.g., pantry or refrigerator).

Use:

1 tablespoon of this spice = 1 stock cube.
Add to soups, sauces, meat or fish dishes.

Shelf Life:
It can be stored for up to 12 months thanks to the salt content, which acts as a natural preservative.
