  • 2 fish fillets (tilapia, cod, snapper, or your favorite white fish)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 tsp lemon zest (optional but great)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • Lemon slices (optional)
