Oreo Layered Halloween Brownies are gooey, chocolatey, and topped with festive orange frosting 🎃🎃🎃 INGREDIENTS: 1 Brownie Mix. 2 eggs. 1/3 cup oïl. 1/3 cup milk.

Festive color & theme – the orange layer screams Halloween; using OREOs with orange filling amplifies the effect. One blog says: “Bright orange layer and crunchy OREOs made these our official October tradition.” My Homemade Recipe

Relatively simple base – you can use a boxed brownie mix or from-scratch brownie batter depending on time/skill; layering makes it look elaborate.

Party-ready & shareable – cut into squares, they make a great platter dessert for Halloween parties.

Customisable – you can tweak the cookie type, frosting flavors, toppings, and even dietary substitutions.

Ingredients (for ~12–24 servings depending on cut size)

Here’s a suggested ingredient list (based on versions from blogs) for a 9×9-inch pan (or scale up for a 9×13).

For the brownies:

1 box (or equivalent homemade) brownie mix, or from scratch brownie batter. For example: “1 brownie mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup oil, 1/3 cup milk” in one blog. Kitchen Fun With My 3 Sons+1

2 large eggs

~1/3 cup vegetable oil (or as specified by brownie mix)

~1/3 cup milk (if required by mix/instruction)

(Optional) ½–1 tsp vanilla extract if you want to boost flavour

For the OREO cookie layer:

1 package of OREO cookies with orange filling (Halloween edition) OR regular OREOs if orange filling is unavailable. One blog: “1 package of OREOs with orange filling”. My Homemade Recipe+1

Later: additional OREO cookies/crumble for topping

For the frosting layers:

1 can milk-chocolate frosting (store-bought)

1 can white or vanilla frosting

Orange food-coloring gel (to dye the white/vanilla frosting a bold orange)

(Optional) Use some of the orange filling scraped from a handful of OREO cookies to mix into the frosting for extra color/flavour. My Homemade Recipe+1
