100 g (3 oz) sausage
Add the milk, salt, flour, and eggs to a suitable bowl and mix.
Add the parsley and continue mixing.
Using a ladle, pour the batter into a greased pan. Cook, flipping on both sides. Add the grated cheddar cheese and chopped sausage on top.
Assemble the pancake and cook until the cheddar cheese melts.
Serve hot.
