Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix milk and breadcrumbs. Let soak 1–2 minutes.

Add eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire, spices, butter, and parsley. Mix gently.

Add the meat and mix just until combined (don’t overmix).

Shape into a loaf and place in a lightly greased baking dish or lined tray.

Mix glaze ingredients and spread half over the meatloaf.

Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.

Remove, spread remaining glaze on top, then bake 15–20 more minutes until cooked through.

Rest for 10 minutes before slicing (this keeps it juicy).
