Tuna Puff Pastry Pie Recipe With Cheese And Paprika

1. Make the Filling

  1. In a bowl, combine:

    • Tuna

    • Shredded cheese

    • Mayo/cream cheese

    • Paprika

    • Onion + veggies (optional)

  2. Mix until creamy.

  3. Taste and add salt, pepper, or more paprika if you like.


2. Prepare the Pastry

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cut puff pastry sheets into squares or rectangles.

  3. Spoon 1–2 tbsp of tuna filling onto the center.

  4. Fold into triangles or rectangles.

  5. Press the edges with a fork to seal.


3. Bake

  1. Place pies on a lined baking tray.

  2. Brush tops lightly with egg wash.

  3. Bake 18–25 minutes, or until golden, puffy, and crisp.
