1. Make the Filling

In a bowl, combine:

Tuna

Shredded cheese

Mayo/cream cheese

Paprika

Onion + veggies (optional)

Mix until creamy.

Taste and add salt, pepper, or more paprika if you like.
2. Prepare the Pastry

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut puff pastry sheets into squares or rectangles.

Spoon 1–2 tbsp of tuna filling onto the center.

Fold into triangles or rectangles.

Press the edges with a fork to seal.
3. Bake

Place pies on a lined baking tray.

Brush tops lightly with egg wash.

Bake 18–25 minutes, or until golden, puffy, and crisp.

Add extra paprika on top before baking for color.

Mix in chopped pickles or a dash of lemon juice for freshness.

For extra cheesiness, add a bit more cheese inside or sprinkle some on top in the last 5 minutes.
